An authentic wooden hat block from the first half of the 20th century, once used in a professional millinery workshop to shape bowler hats. Decades of use have given it a deep, honest patina.
The mould comes apart into two pieces, crown and brim, the way hatmakers built the rounded bowler form. Today it stands just as well as a sculptural object on a shelf or in a shop display.
