Where are you based, and can I pick up my order?

We're a small vintage shop in Berlin, at Böckhstraße 21 in Kreuzberg. You're very welcome to collect your order in person. Just choose local pickup at checkout and we'll message you as soon as it's ready. We always love saying hello.

How long will my order take?

We pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days, straight from Berlin, and send you a tracking number so you can follow it on its way. Since every piece is one of a kind, we wrap it with extra care, using recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever we can.

Do you ship internationally, and to the USA?

Yes, gladly. We ship across the EU and worldwide, with shipping calculated by weight and destination. For the USA, please send us a quick message first so we can find the best option and price for you. Fragile, bulky or oversized pieces are arranged individually, so just get in touch and we'll sort it out together.

I'd like several pieces, can you combine shipping?

Absolutely. If you're taking home more than one piece, drop us a line before ordering and we'll combine everything into one parcel to keep shipping as low as possible.

What condition are the pieces in?

Everything we sell is genuine vintage, so each piece carries a little history. Most are unrestored and preowned, and we describe the condition honestly in every listing, with plenty of photos. Curious about a specific piece? Just ask, we're happy to take extra pictures for you.

What's your return policy?

We want you to truly love what you find. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it comes back in its original condition and packaging (for EU orders, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies). Once it's back with us and we've checked it over, we'll refund you, usually within about 10 working days. Return shipping is covered by the customer, and you're always welcome to bring it back to us here in Berlin.
